– Credit/debit card information (processed through secure third-party payment platforms; we do not store card numbers)

E. SMS/Text Messaging Data

– Message interaction data (delivery, open, and response metrics)

2. SMS/TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM (TCR COMPLIANT)
By opting into ThetaGold Fitness SMS/text notifications, you agree to receive messages related to coaching, reminders, accountability, program announcements, and promotional offers.

Opt-In: Consent may be provided through website forms, keywords, checkboxes, or verbal agreement. Consent is never a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out: Text “STOP” at any time. You will receive a confirmation message.

Message Frequency: 1–12 msgs/week. Standard rates apply.

Data Sharing: We do not sell or rent mobile information. Data is shared only with trusted vendors or if required by law.

The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you have consented to receive text messages from ThetaGold Fitness, you may receive messages related to the following:

Conversation between employees

Example: “Hello, this is a friendly reminder of your upcoming training session with Carlos Fenwick at 1331 Maryland Ave, SW Washington, DC 20024 on January 9, 2026 at 5pm. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from ThetaGold Fitness at any time.” 

Message Frequency:

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 20

SMS messages per week related to your [appointments/billing, etc.]

Example: “Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 20 SMS messages per week regarding your appointments or account status.” 

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging: 

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.
